The Health Assessment Profile (HAP) is an in-depth 4-page health questionnaire that evaluates each persons own history, symptoms, diet, stresses and exercise routine. From this we can better understand where the problems are coming from.
The HAP is NOT a computer generated formula, nor is it a diagnosis for your problem. It is a tool to help identify where the 'root' of your health problem is coming from.
- Is it digestive or elimination function that's at the root of your problems?
- Are your hormones or blood sugar out of balance?
- Is it liver, reproductive or cardio-vascular function?
- Is it stress, adrenal or thyroid function?
Whatever the problem, the HAP will helps us Identify what steps we need to be following and what areas we need to be focusing on, in order to overcome our health challenges.
