I had breast cancer in 2000. The tumor was estrogen dominant. I want to be on the best supplement program possible. I also have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep and have taken a small amount of ambien for a long time. I want to be able to get better quality sleep and eliminate fatigue. Suggestions for a complete supplement program not promoting estrogen, and for sleep would be appreciated. Jade

Jade,

you definitely need to be following our IRS Health Steps Program that you can click on....the game in overcoming any concern is to strengthen the body while decreasing the stress we place on it.

The Healthy Steps Program is designed to Restore Normal Function to each of your organs and as you do that you body becomes stronger and stronger. The biggest reason so many people don't get healtier is because they always seem to forget about the basic, such as proper digestion...which is critical for healing, but also a tell-tale sign that you are going to have problems if you constantly struggle with digestive issues.

You also need to look at your stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, as well as insulin....because they have a huge affect on your progesterone and estrogen....so you need to make sure they are in order.

The fact that you pointed out you have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep....tells me it is a stress (adrenal) problem as well as a blood sugar problem....Fix those things....so many of my patients...doens't matter what their malady....have been helped by following these simple steps.

If you want some individual help, let my office know and we will setup a consultation to help get you started in the right direction.

Blessings,

Dr. Len
