without knowing more about your diet and the health issues you are struggling with to tell you. Do you eat fish on a regular basis? How about nuts and seeds? do you eat junk food or foods made with trans fats (partially hydrogenated oils)? Do you cook with olive oil? coconut oil? Do you exercise? Are you struggling with hormonal imbalances? Arthritis? Heart disease? PMS or menopausal symptoms? Depression? ETC....
Remember supplements are designed to supplement what we don't get in our daily diet or what we need to achieve optimal health....I know I didn't answer your question specifically, but i don't have enough specific information to give you a good suggestion
Hi!Dr.Len,Yes I do eat fish about 3 times a week and I do exercise a little.I have mood disorder,O.c.d and panic attacks and food allergies and sinuitus and asthma and deppression.I also take salmon oil caps 3 5x a day.I also have hot flashes.
Sounds like there is a lot that needs to be addressed, a lot more than swallowing more pills, but also stopping or reducing the things that are making us worse...If we don't reduce or eliminate some of those negative things, we will have to swallow lots of evening primrose....but to control and help with mood and panic attack, you have to support those adrenals, stabilize your blood sugar, make sure your digestive system is functioning properly...stay away from the possible food allergens (read articles and blog), look at food combining, are you geting any sun, etc....
